Add egg yolks, eggs and granulated sugar, beat with egg beater first
-
Then use an electric egg beater to create fine textures, and the textures will not disappear immediately
-
Mix the baking powder and flour, sift, pour into the egg bowl, and mix evenly with a spatula;
-
Pour the batter into a piping bag (a medium size one), line a baking sheet with oil paper or oilcloth, cut a small slit in front of the piping bag, and squeeze out the desired size on the baking sheet. The batter must be kept at a certain distance,
-
After squeezing, immediately put it into the preheated oven, 175 degrees, middle rack, for 10 minutes;
-
Do not leave the oven while baking, and observe at any time. If you find that the bottom edge has changed color or the surface has just changed color, take it out immediately to avoid burning;
-
After taking them out of the oven, use a spatula to remove the biscuits immediately, otherwise they will stick; you can sandwich your favorite fillings in the middle according to your own preferences; sandwich a blueberry jam and honey mustard sauce.
