Slice the potatoes and steam them in a steamer.

Mash the potatoes, add flour, knead into a dough, add 2 grams of baking soda and knead the dough again.

Take an appropriate amount of dough, roll it into a round shape and flatten it, roll it out thinly with a rolling pin, and make two cuts in the middle.

Heat the oil pan until 70% hot, add the dough slices, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Filter oil.
