Main ingredients: fresh yuba, enoki mushroom, garlic, chopped pepper, light soy sauce

Chop the garlic into pieces and cut the fresh yuba into large pieces.

Cut off the old roots of the enoki mushrooms, rinse them well, drain the water and put them into a deep plate.

Place the sliced yuba on top of the enoki mushrooms.

Put the oil in the pot, add the chopped pepper and minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Stir-fry the minced garlic, turn off the heat, add light soy sauce and a little sugar and mix well to form a sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce on the yuba and put it into a steamer to steam over high heat.

After steaming for 8 minutes, turn off the heat, take it out, and sprinkle some chopped chives for color and aroma.
