Braised pork ribs
Overview
My boyfriend came over today, so I went to buy ribs, haha, to make his favorite braised pork ribs. Although the final result is not very beautiful, it tastes really good and my boyfriend always praises it.

Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces, put them in a pot with cold water, add a small amount of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of ginger slices, and blanch them.

Take out the blanched ribs, wash off the foam with cold water, drain and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the pork ribs, stir-fry briefly, then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water, enough to cover all the ribs. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

When there is only a small amount of water left in the pot, add garlic, add a small amount of salt, stir-fry slightly, and continue to cover and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add green pepper rings and a small amount of salt (depending on the specific situation), stir-fry evenly, and serve out of the pan.
