Fruit Crepe
Overview
I used to think that crepes are very beautiful. Not only can you put cream and fruits in them, but you can also add salty vegetables. It just so happens that all kinds of fruits are on the market this season, so let’s try a fruit crepe~

Pour whipped cream into a bowl.

Beat at low speed until large bubbles form, then add sugar.

Turn to high speed and whip until ready for piping, then refrigerate until ready.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. (The eggs I used were smaller)

Stir well and then pour in the milk.

Sift in the flour and stir evenly.

Strain the batter to make it smoother.

Heat a pan over low heat and grease it with butter.

Pour in the batter and fry over low heat.

When the edges of the pancake are slightly raised, turn it over and fry for another ten seconds.

Take out and let cool. Apply a layer of cream.

Fold in half.

Arrange the fruit and continue folding it in half.

Place the two prepared crepes on a plate, pour chocolate sauce over them and sift a little powdered sugar.

Place some blueberries~
