Dried fruit yogurt cake
Overview
I couldn't finish the yogurt I made for my son, and I just wanted to eat cake. Dried cranberries and raisins were added to it. It was sour and sweet, so delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Egg white and yolk separation
-
Add 15 grams of sugar to egg yolks
-
Add oil and mix well
-
Add yogurt. You can make it yourself or buy ready-made yogurt. However, the ones sold outside are usually very sweet, so just reduce the sugar appropriately
-
Sift in the flour and stir until there are no lumps
-
Wash the raisins and cranberries, absorb the water and chop them into pieces, add the egg yolk paste and mix well
-
Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the egg white
-
Add sugar in three batches
-
Whip until straight peaks form
-
First mix one-third of the egg whites and egg yolk paste evenly, then mix evenly with the egg whites
-
Pour it into a container and heat it up and down to 160 degrees for 35 minutes. The temperature depends on the temperament of your oven!
-
After baking, take it out and flip it vertically twice. Immediately turn it upside down to cool. My 6-inch cup was not finished and I ended up with 3 paper cups
