Smiley birthday cake
Overview
Birthday cake for my cousin. I have long thought about making a smiley face cake and lighting 18-year-old candles to make my cousin happy.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat the oil, milk and sugar evenly with a hand mixer.
-
Sift in the sifted flour and stir.
-
Add egg yolks and mix with a whisk in Z-shape to form a particle-free egg yolk paste.
-
Add 25 grams of sugar to the egg whites and beat.
-
Beat the egg whites into small peaks.
-
Add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste, and use a rubber spatula to gently stir evenly (mix from the bottom up, do not stir in circles to prevent the egg whites from defoaming)
-
Then pour the mixed egg yolk paste back into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites.
-
Use the same technique to stir up and down until evenly mixed into a fine egg yolk paste.
-
Pour into a 6-inch mold and preheat the oven to 130 degrees for 50 minutes.
-
After cooling, unmold with bare hands.
-
Whip light cream with sugar.
-
Divide into 3 equal slices.
-
Place a cake slice on the decorating table, spread whipped cream and add mango slices.
-
Add another slice of cake.
-
Continue to spread the cream and add the mango slices.
-
Place the last cake slice.
-
Spread cream all over the cake base.
-
Use a piping tip to squeeze out hair, and use melted chocolate to draw eyes and mouth.
-
Light the 18-year-old candle.
-
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
