Egg custard (you can make it look like pudding and it’s also addictive!)
Overview
Egg custard, also known as steamed eggs, this is the first time I have made it so successfully following a recipe, please practice more in the future!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare two eggs
-
Break the eggs and beat them in one direction. My mother said that the eggs should be beaten in one direction
-
After breaking up, add an equal amount of warm boiled water. Note that it is warm boiled water. Continue to stir after adding
-
Then use a filter to filter the bubbles. You can filter it several times
-
Then add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and Sichuan pepper powder. This depends on personal taste. Some people seem to only add salt
-
Put the steamer in, first use high heat to boil the water in the steamer
-
Then put the egg custard in and steam over low heat. By the way, remember to cover the plate~ It seems that you can poke a few holes in the plastic wrap
-
It will probably look like this when you take it out after about ten minutes. As for the time, the longer it will be, the longer it will be, and it will feel more like pudding. For mine, if the time is shorter, it should be more tender. It depends on your preference ~ remember to add soy sauce!

OK, done. The key point is that the taste is really good. If it were not salty and added caramel, it would probably be caramel pudding!

Here’s another cover picture I’ve done~^_^
