Jam Pie Cake
Overview
The pie cake with jam filling is so bright when it comes out of the oven. The color is as delicate as a baby’s face, the texture is very sweet, and the taste is super great.

Prepare ingredients

Mix baking powder, soda ash and cake flour and sift together

After softening the butter at room temperature, add the sugar and beat until fluffy

Add the egg liquid in 2 batches, stirring well each time before adding

Add vegetable oil and mix well

Mix milk and yogurt, add in and stir well

Sift in the mixed powder and mix well

Put into piping bag

First squeeze half of the batter into the mold, then add about 15 grams of fig jam to each one

Then squeeze in the batter and finally flatten it slightly with a spoon (preheat the oven to 190 degrees)

Bake in the preheated oven for 13 minutes
