Strawberry Jam

Overview

I went out to buy strawberries for my wife and saw that small strawberries next to me were cheap at 10 yuan for 3 pounds, so I bought some to make strawberry jam bread and dip them in strawberry jam. It’s not too delicious, hehehehehe

Steps

1. 1 Wash the strawberries and remove the stems

   

2. 2 Add water and rock sugar to the pot

   

3. 3 Cook for about 10 minutes until the strawberries are soft. Then use a shovel to crush the strawberries while cooking. Wait until the strawberries and the soup are integrated. Then try to see if it is sweet. I felt it was not sweet enough when I made it, so I added some more sugar

   

4. 4 Integrated into one

   

5. 5 OK, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator for about 1 month
