Prepare ingredients. Sago, coconut sauce, purple sweet potato, pure milk (originally I thought it was 250, but later I increased it to 500, which is just right, because purple sweet potato will become thicker when exposed to milk).

Put the sago into boiling water and cook until there are no white spots.

First cut two purple potatoes into small cubes, add milk and coconut sauce, put it into the soy milk machine, and press the juice function.

Pour the sago into cold boiling water.

Dice another purple potato and steam it.

Put the stirred purple potato jelly into the pot, add sugar, and boil until the sugar dissolves. Be sure to stir while cooking, otherwise it will stick to the pan.
