Overview
Squid eggs are squid eggs, which are very high in fat, but also rich in protein and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron. It is one of my family’s favorite ingredients.

Ingredients: eggs, squid eggs (washed), ginger slices

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the cleaned squid eggs.

Then, add the ginger slices and beat in the eggs.

Then, put it in a steamer, cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Finally, open the lid and take it out.
