Chrysanthemum brain omelette soup
Overview
Faxiao from Yangzhou airdropped a few southern ingredients, and Faxiao said they were chrysanthemum brains. We Northeasterners have never heard of it, let alone know it. I searched some recipes online, and most of them use it to make egg drop soup. I improved it and used it to make omelette soup, which was a big success! Even a picky guy like my husband said it was delicious. It’s super easy to make, just do it!
