Wash and peel potatoes and set aside

Cut into thick slices. It is better to choose larger potatoes. It is recommended not to cut them too thin to avoid being too dry when roasted later.

Prepare a brush and all the ingredients.

Brush both sides of the potato slices with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet, remember to place tin foil underneath. Brush more oil to avoid sticking to the baking sheet. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of sea salt, two flavors: one sprinkled with cumin and chili powder, the other sprinkled with pizza grass and crushed black pepper (this black pepper must be imported, do not use our Chinese pepper instead, otherwise it will not taste right)

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, add the potato slices sprinkled with seasonings, and bake for 30-45 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size and thickness of your potato slices. The finished product is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and is ready to be baked. Cumin flavor can be roasted to make it more fragrant.
