Put the tofu brain in a bowl and set aside.

: Cover with plastic wrap, make a small hole, and steam for 10 minutes.

Wash and cut spinach into sections and set aside.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well and set aside.

Boil the water in the pot and add the spinach segments.

Pour in egg liquid to set.

After the tofu is steamed, remove the plastic wrap.

Top with spinach and egg soup and it's ready to eat (picture of the finished product).
