Steps

1. 1 Wash the chicken wings first. (I forgot to take pictures of the process when I was making it, only the final product picture)

   

2. 2 Score the chicken wings, add oil, add ginger slices, and fry the chicken wings until brown

   

3. 3 Pour in the cola marinated chicken wings. Pour in soy sauce one by one. If you like it sweeter, you can add sugar. I don’t like it too sweet, so I didn’t add sugar

   

4. 4 When the pan is almost dry, turn to high heat to collect the juice.
