It’s comparable to soy milk~~~Red Date Peanut Soy Milk
Overview
This soy milk often appears in my family's breakfast. Pure soy milk without sugar tastes ordinary, but adding a few red dates makes a huge difference. It has a faint red date aroma and a sweet taste. It is really delicious. Even the naughty little guy at home drank two large glasses in a row, which is enough to show how delicious this soy milk is. Guys, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed, haha!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Four large red dates, cored, cut into cubes, soaked in water and placed in the refrigerator. This is diced red dates that have been soaked overnight and have absorbed enough water. (It’s best to use big red dates from Xinjiang, the kind with full flesh)
-
Wash non-GMO soybeans and Shandong peanuts and soak them overnight. This is also soybeans and peanuts soaked overnight. (Don’t ask me why the peanuts are white, I took off the skin after soaking)
-
Pour the soybeans, peanuts, and red dates into the soy milk machine together with the water. Just press the grain and soy milk. (The soymilk machine that has been with me for nearly ten years shows up. It is already an antique and only has the simplest three functions)
-
Strain the bean dregs. (Don’t waste the bean dregs. You can stir-fry it with dried shrimps, wrap it with some diced meat, or use it as flower fertilizer.)
