Overview

When my little friends don’t want to eat porridge or noodles, they mix a spoonful of peanut butter into the porridge or noodles and eat them immediately. Benefits of peanuts~~~Peanuts are recognized as a healthy food around the world. In my country, peanuts are considered one of the top ten longevity foods. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the function of peanuts is to harmonize the spleen and stomach, nourish blood and stop bleeding.

  1. Wash the red peanuts, put them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees. (If you don’t have an oven, you can stir-fry in a wok until the red skin cracks and is cooked.) When baking, shake the baking sheet every three minutes to ensure even heating. I baked it for 20 minutes in total. The red skin can be easily peeled off by rubbing it with your hands. The peanuts will be crispy after cooling (during the roasting time, heat the peanut oil in the pot and cool it down. Use cooked oil to be healthier!)

  2. After the peanuts have cooled, put them in a blender and crush them with a dry grinder.

  3. Then add peanut oil and soft white sugar (add sugar according to your own taste, you can also add salt, or add nothing). I roasted these peanuts, about three tablespoons of oil, and then continue to stir.

  4. Beat several times, scrape off any residue stuck to the cup with a spoon or chopsticks, and continue beating.

  5. I whipped it about 7 times in total and it was already very delicate.
