Spread some salt on both sides of the salmon steak

After heating the pan, add a little cooking oil, add the garlic cloves, and roast the scallions until fragrant. Place the salmon in the grill pan and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Add tomato paste and soy sauce. Slightly sauté the tomato sauce, add water and bring to a boil. Cook each side of the salmon for 2 minutes.
