  1. Prepare the enoki mushrooms, green peppers, cut off the tail of the enoki mushrooms, and break them apart! Cut green pepper into strips

  2. Heat oil in a pan

  3. Add the washed enoki mushrooms and stir-fry

  4. Then add shredded green peppers, add an appropriate amount of salt when the ingredients are soft, stir-fry with soy sauce for a while and it's ready! Enoki mushrooms themselves are rich in polysaccharides and full of umami flavor, so there is no need to add chicken essence to taste!
