Wash the mung bean sprouts twice and soak them in water for 15 minutes. Chop the garlic and cut the chilli padi into rings

Boil half a pot of water

Take out the mung bean sprouts and put them into the pot until the water boils and cook for half a minute

Remove and drain

Put olive oil into the pot

Add chili pepper, garlic, salt, and minced garlic until golden

Pour hot oil and minced Sichuan peppercorns and garlic directly on the bean sprouts with chopped green onion

Pour in vinegar and soy sauce, mix well and serve
