Cut the orange into small pieces and remove the white layer on top. Cut small pieces of ginger into thin slices.

Pour small pieces of orange, white sugar and ginger slices into the rice cooker

Press the "jam" button on the rice cooker and it will take two hours. But don’t cover the rice cooker and keep stirring

Two hours later, the jam was ready. After cooling naturally, put it in jars.
