300g mutton, cut into pieces to remove the fishy smell. The quantity depends on your situation. About 300g is the most convenient for frying.

Put it in a container and soak it in warm water for 30 minutes to remove the smell.

Shred the green onions, and cut them into even thicknesses for the sake of appearance.

Shred ginger.
