Wash the tomatoes, cut into pieces and set aside.

Peel and grate potatoes, soak in water to remove excess starch, drain and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot and add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shredded potatoes and stir-fry evenly until they turn transparent. When the shredded potatoes change color and become soft, add tomato cubes, stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, and mix well.
