Steps
-
Ice vegetable cubes bought in the supermarket. Pick out the green beans.
-
Wash the shrimps as well, or use iced shrimps.
-
Bring the water to a boil, add the green beans and shrimp, cook for a while and then turn off the heat.
-
Take out the shrimps and peel off the heads and shells. Be careful not to peel off the shells at the tails to keep them in good shape and complete the dish.
-
Peeled shrimp.
-
Tamago tofu cut from the line on the package. Cut off some of the head and tail and cut into thick pieces. Spread flatly on plate. Tofu breaks easily, so be gentle when cooking.
-
Spread the peeled shrimp on the tofu, and place the cooked diced green beans in the middle.
-
Boil the water in the pot, spread it on the mat, put it on the plate, and steam for ten to five minutes.
-
In another bowl, put soy sauce and cornstarch, pour in some water, mix well, and heat the oil in the pot. Pour in the water starch and bring to a boil, then pour the juice on the tamagoyaki tofu and shrimp.
