Add sugar and salt to the flour, mix well, heat the milk and add the yeast.

Wash the raisins with water and cut the butter into small pieces.

Pour milk into the flour and knead it into a smooth dough, then add butter and knead until it expands and a thin film can be pulled out.

Place it in a warm and humid place to ferment for about 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.

Take out the exhaust and divide into 8 small balls.

Roll it into an oval shape, add raisins and roll it up.

After everything is done, put it into the baking pan for secondary fermentation.

Brush the fermented dough with egg wash and sprinkle with pineapple seeds.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out of the oven and let cool.
