Lychee wine
Overview
There are many ways to make lychee wine, including boiling, steaming, and drying. Today I will use the simplest and fastest method.

Pick fresh ones.

Clean it up.

Let dry.

Peel and core the dried lychees.

Rinse the sealed jar and scald it with boiling water. You can also steam it. Be sure to let the jar dry.

Put the pulp in and it will be about 60 to 70% full.

Put a little rock sugar on top. Lychee itself has sugar, so just put a little bit on it.

Pour in the white wine at about 40 degrees, don’t fill it too full, leave some space.

Cover with airtight lid.

Remember the time, you can drink it in a month, or of course you can drink it in ten or twenty days.
