Scallion pancake
Overview
I remember that when I was a child, I loved eating pasta the most. The cakes made by my father have always been my favorite, so I don’t have to inherit my father’s good craftsmanship. I tried many methods myself, but none of them were soft. Later, I learned this method by accidentally watching others do it.
