Chen Shen Yam and Watercress Soup
Overview
Chen kidney is cured duck kidney. It strengthens the spleen and eliminates stagnation, moistens the lungs and removes dryness. It is very delicious when used to make soup.

Wash the watercress and cut into sections.

Cut Chen Shen into small pieces.

Rinse the salted pork bones with water to remove the saltiness.

Wash the northern and southern apricots.

Peel and cut yam into cubes.

Put the salted pork bones, aged kidneys, and northern and southern apricots into the electric pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and then add the yam.

Add watercress and press the soup button to start cooking.

After cooking, skim off the fat. (I didn’t remember to take pictures until I drank.)

The soup was so delicious that my family drank 2 bowls in a row.
