  1. Small tenderloin

For the black one, use 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt, a little sugar, and half a bowl of water; for the white one, use starch, add a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and mix thoroughly

  8. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 50% hot. Use chopsticks to pick up the meat pieces and add them one by one

  14. Add the black bowl juice and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to medium and cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute
