Peanut Butter Shortbread
Overview
This peanut butter shortbread is based on the original recipe, I added roasted peanuts, and replaced the butter with peanut oil, so the peanut flavor is super rich, slightly salty, and does not taste too sweet. Don’t make the biscuits too big, as they will be more pleasant to eat one bite at a time.
