piece of ham weighing 47g, with the joint facing downwards. Don’t completely cut off both ends with the knife. Leave a little bit with your hands to pull them apart.

The skinned ham should be soaked in hot water to soften. Such a good shape and not easy to break.

Cut through the middle of the ham sausage. Try to cut both sides to the same size.

Make another vertical cut, leaving 0.8cm uncut at the top.

With both ends facing upward, cut the top of the peach at a 45°C angle.

Bring the two ends together and tie them tightly with toothpicks.

Pour oil into the pan and add heart-shaped ham sausage.

Beat in the eggs and remove any excess egg whites.

If you want to eat hard-boiled eggs, you can add some water to the pot, cover the pot and simmer until cooked.

Sprinkle black pepper and salt into the pan.
