Rice cooker cake

  1. Ingredients are ready.

  2. Separate egg yolks and egg whites. (There must be no yellow in the egg white or it won’t be able to be beaten)

  3. Pour the yogurt and flour into the egg yolk plate (use a flour filter to filter out the flour𥻗)

  4. Mix ingredients well.

  5. Mix until there are no lumps.

  6. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.

  7. Then add sugar. (Add sugar three times)

  8. Beat the egg whites with an electric egg beater until this point (add sugar for the second time, continue to beat and add sugar for the third time)

  9. Just beat the egg whites until they can no longer be poured out.

  10. Add the egg whites to the egg yolk plate in three batches.

  11. Mix the egg batter evenly (do not turn in circles)

  12. Preheat the rice cooker, sweep some oil (to make it easier to bake the cake), pour in the egg mixture and shake it a few times.

  13. Press the rice cooker cake button.

  14. Fresh and hot cake is out of the oven. (It smells so good)
