Chilled bayberry juice
Overview
I sold some fresh bayberry, but I ate one and didn’t like it. I thought that the iced bayberry juice would be delicious and relieve the heat. The taste is okay and the color is very attractive!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the bayberries and soak them in water and 5 grams of salt for 30 minutes. This will remove the insects. It is easy to hide bugs inside the bayberries
-
Pour water into a pot and cook the soaked bayberries
-
Turn it on and simmer for a while
-
Take out the bayberry and crush it into pieces with a small spoon
-
Then add the crushed bayberry to the pot and continue to cook until the color is bright red
-
See if this is enough, use a dough sieve to filter the bayberry juice. Add the remaining bayberry juice to rock sugar and continue to boil until the rock sugar melts. Turn off the heat and OK
-
After the juice is cooled, put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate. It tastes very good after being refrigerated and can last for several days! salt
