Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft.

Prepare minced pork, chopped green onions and garlic.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of starch and an appropriate amount of soy sauce to the minced meat and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry for a while.

Add a teaspoon of bean paste and stir-fry until the meat turns red.

Add one teaspoon of oyster sauce, two teaspoons of soy sauce and a pinch of salt and stir-fry.

Add a bowl of water and bring to a boil. (Note: The amount of water can be increased or decreased according to the saltiness)
