Longli fish slices

Add starch, salt, cooking wine, pepper, and mix well for 10 minutes

After the water boils, add the fish and blanch it, turning it gently

Remove and set aside

Cut tomatoes into cubes, stir-fry onion and ginger until soft

Add water and cook till mashed. Don’t add too much water, just about a bowl

Add the fish fillets, add salt, tomato sauce and sugar to reduce the soup

Remove from pan and plate
