Cut the sweet crispy corn with a knife and remove the corn cob; peel the almonds and set aside; cut the carrots into diamond-shaped slices; slice the sweet green peppers.

Heat the pot, add oil, put the carrots into the pot and stir-fry till they change color slightly.

Add the sweet crispy corn to the pot and stir-fry with the carrots until it changes color, add salt, sprinkle a small amount of boiling water, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes to let the corn cook.
