Homemade recipe for radish stick bone soup
Overview
Since I was little, my grandpa has told me that eating radish in winter and ginger in summer will keep me healthy all year round. Radish is rich in calcium and vitamin C, which can promote digestion, anti-inflammatory and detoxification, but it needs the help of meat to be absorbed by the body. Radish does not contain oxalic acid, which not only does not bind to the calcium in food, but is more conducive to calcium absorption. Cob bones are also rich in calcium, so they are a perfect match when used with radish to make soup. Moreover, this soup is simple and easy to make, which is perfect for me who loves soup but is afraid of trouble.
