Rinse and cut the beef brisket into cubes.

Saute the spices until fragrant.

Add beef brisket and stir-fry until dry, add soy sauce, jelly, boiling water and shredded ginger and bring to a boil.

Pour into the casserole and simmer for 2 hours, then add the potato cubes and simmer for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After the rice noodles are drained, put them into a bowl, pour in the beef brisket and juice, drizzle with garlic oil and mix well.
