Cut the sausage into slices diagonally.

Wash the garlic moss, drain the water and cut into 6-7cm sections.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, turn on high heat, add bacon and stir-fry for a few times, then add garlic, add salt, pepper and beef powder, stir-fry until garlic is soft.

Before turning off the heat, add a few drops of soy sauce and stir-fry for a few more colors before serving.
