Zero-failure super-perfect tasting wood bran cup
Overview
After posting the cat ears last time, I haven’t posted a new recipe for a long time. Mainly because I’m too busy. Sometimes I make delicious ones, but I don’t have time to take pictures of the steps. I had an hour of free time today, so I made this super simple wooden bran cup that many people love. I made all the ingredients. When I make it myself, I can use less ingredients. I made 20 pieces with this amount of material. It’s great when refrigerated in the summer. This season, it can be refrigerated at room temperature. If you like desserts, learn how to eat them (forgive me for my poor photography skills)

Steps
-
First prepare Nestlé whipping cream, biscuits, sugar, egg beater, piping bag, and wood chaff cups. If you don’t want to give them to others, you can also use cups at home.
-
Dry grind the biscuits in a food processor and grind them into powder. If you don't have a food processor, you can also put them in a sturdy plastic bag and pound them into powder with a rolling pin. Place in a bowl and set aside.
-
Beat the light cream with sugar. You can decide the amount of sugar by yourself. If you like it sweet, add more. If you don’t like it, add less. (Light cream can be replaced by yogurt)
-
Put the buttercream into a piping bag.
-
Start filling the cups o(∩_∩)o
-
A layer of biscuits, a layer of whipping cream, and three or four layers in sequence are enough. The wooden chaff cup is quite small. (I answered a phone call and had to go out, so I was in a hurry and the layers were not neatly arranged)
-
It is best to press lightly with a spoon after each addition of biscuit powder.
-
This was taken at night so it’s not clear. I can do some styling on it. However, it cannot be shaken, as the pattern will scatter easily.
-
Cover and finish. You can eat immediately or put it in the refrigerator to chill for later. (It tastes better after being refrigerated) Have you learned? Come and give it a try.
