Broccoli and Chicken Thigh Salad
Overview
My friend gave me two big cocks, and it took me about 5 to 6 times to finish them. When cutting into pieces, I put the chicken thighs of one of the chickens separately and stewed them with yam for my husband last night. I made noodle soup with chicken soup in the morning. I don’t plan to eat more of the remaining chicken, so I won’t heat it up and can just make a salad.

Cool the chicken legs thoroughly.
