Kumquat and Sydney Soup
Overview
A friend planted kumquats and picked 2 big bags. Today I cooked kumquat and pear soup, which is sweet, sour and delicious. It helps relieve phlegm, relieve coughs and moisturize the lungs.

Wash the kumquats.
