Steps
-
It is best to choose green beans that are flat, without beans or with small beans. Remove both ends and string beans, wash and drain.
-
Cut the green beans into 1cm long cubes. Standby
-
100g piece of lean pork, washed and dried, use kitchen paper towels to absorb the moisture.
-
Chop into minced meat and set aside
-
red peppers (my pepper is very spicy, so I only put two). Use your own discretion and chop some green onions. Set aside.
-
Add oil to the wok, just a little more oil than for stir-frying, and add the green beans while hot.
-
Many friends choose to fry them (I think deep-frying is too oily. Although the green beans do not absorb oil, there will be a lot of them stuck to them), so I chose to stir-fry this dish.
-
Stir-fry over medium heat until it looks like the picture.
-
Turn off the heat, plate and set aside.
-
Take another pot, add a little oil, stir-fry the minced meat, stir-fry, pour in the cooking wine, and continue to stir-fry.
-
Pour in the chili and chopped green onion, add seafood soy sauce (light soy sauce is enough), and continue to stir-fry.
-
When the minced meat is almost cooked, add the stir-fried green beans and continue to stir-fry.
-
Pour in the olives (I only had so much olives, I poured them all in).
-
Continue to stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of oil, and be sure to add less salt (because the olives are very salty, the oil and the soy sauce meat are all salty, be sure to taste the saltiness before adding salt. If it is not enough, add salt. If it is enough, there is no need to add salt. Remember), and continue to stir-fry. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
-
Turn off the heat, put it on a plate, and it's time to serve.
