Mulberry Jam
Overview
Mulberry has black hair, white and tender skin, delays aging, and can also enhance immunity and promote digestion. Big, thick, and purple-red are the best! In addition, iron utensils must not be used when cooking mulberries, because mulberries will decompose acidic substances and react chemically with iron, causing poisoning!
