Overview
As foodies, my husband and I can't resist meat. Today I'm going to share with you the simple, quick, delicious and salty roasted pork ribs. Every time I make this dish, my husband will eat two more bowls without rice, which gives me a sense of accomplishment. Hehe

Soak the ribs in water for 15 minutes to remove the blood

Smash the garlic and cut the onion and pepper into sections

Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of oil (for a healthy diet, heat the pan with grains and oil)

Add onion, garlic, pepper and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the drained pork ribs and stir-fry until they change color

Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry until color changes,

Then add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste. Continue to stir-fry until the soup is reduced

Put it on a plate and take it out of the pot (children who like to use vegetable soup to pour rice can add some water in step 6 and let it simmer out)
