  1. Soak the ribs in water for 15 minutes to remove the blood

  2. Smash the garlic and cut the onion and pepper into sections

  3. Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of oil (for a healthy diet, heat the pan with grains and oil)

  4. Add onion, garlic, pepper and chili and stir-fry until fragrant

  5. Add the drained pork ribs and stir-fry until they change color

  6. Add dark soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry until color changes,

  7. Then add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste. Continue to stir-fry until the soup is reduced

  8. Put it on a plate and take it out of the pot (children who like to use vegetable soup to pour rice can add some water in step 6 and let it simmer out)
