Strawberry Garden Decorated Cake

Strawberry season is almost over. I wanted to make a strawberry cake as a souvenir. But there were not many strawberries left. It can only be filled with dragon fruit filling and decorated with strawberries on the outside.

  1. Divide the chiffon into 3 pieces.

  2. Beat 300ml of whipping cream and 30g of sugar.

  3. Place a piece of cake on the decorating table, spread the cream over the pitaya, add an appropriate amount of cream and cover with the second piece of cake. Cover 3 cake slices at a time. Smooth the top and sides as much as possible.

  4. Whip 100ml whipping cream, 10g white sugar and 5g cocoa powder.

  5. Use a large shell piping tip to extrude a flower basket style border. Then use a small 5-tooth piping nozzle to extrude wavy edges. Feel free to squeeze a few small flowers on top.

  6. Put some strawberries. Squeeze some cream on the edges of the strawberries to secure them.

  7. Place a few strawberry halves evenly around the outer ring. Put a few sugar beads on top. Done.

  8. You can add more cocoa powder. Color can also be tinted with pigments. I'm afraid it will be a bit painful if I take too much. The taste is delicate and the sweetness is moderate.
