Electric pan pizza
Overview
Since I didn’t have an oven and wanted to eat pizza, I made an electric pan pizza using local ingredients

Steps
-
Pour water, flour and yeast into the bread machine, turn on the mixing mode and knead the dough for 13 minutes. Let it ferment for 1 hour. This is the risen dough.
-
Dice the carrots and cook the peas separately, and cut the onion into small strips.
-
Dice the onion and cut the tomato into small pieces. Add oil to the wok and fry the onion first. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until soft. Add salt, sugar and oyster sauce and stir-fry. Pour in some boiling water and simmer over low heat until soft and become a paste.
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead it to deflate the air. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake about the size of an electric baking pan that is thin in the middle and thick around the sides. Brush the electric baking pan with oil and put the rolled out dough on it. Make the sides of the cake slightly higher to accommodate the ingredients. Use a fork to lightly poke holes in the surface of the cake.
-
Spread the homemade tomato sauce evenly on the pancake, then add cooked carrots, peas, and shredded green onions. Tear the cheese into small pieces and place it on top. Heat the pan and bake for 30 minutes until cooked.
