Eggs are really an indispensable ingredient in life. I make the marinade myself. I can eat three braised eggs every time I make them. It’s so delicious that I can’t stop eating them!

Have fresh eggs ready.

Have all the ingredients ready.

Wash the eggs and boil them in water for 8 minutes.

Remove the hard-boiled eggs from cold water and peel them.

Score the peeled eggs on all sides with a knife.

Put 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of vinegar and 1 spoon of salt in the rice cooker.

Pour in the cold boiled water, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, dried red pepper, and rock sugar to make a marinade, and add the eggs.

Select the rice cooker button.
