Overview
In addition to grilling meat on the weekend, we also grilled melons and corns. I remembered that the grilled corns at Red Lobster in Rome, a big town in the north, were also considered a great side dish, so I thought about it and bought corns to imitate. First, cook the corn in the microwave, put it in a large bowl, add 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder and 1/3 tsp of refined salt, and rub the seasoning evenly on the corn with your hands to infuse the flavor.
